Delivery Information

We will ship your order ASAP after payment has been received (or if you have an approved account). Your order will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.  Overseas orders will vary in time frame delivery depending on location. 

All shipments are tracked and traced (depending on value, we may require signature on delivery). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to sign for the shipment at the delivery address you have provided. We can not deliver via courier to a PO Box.

You must inform us within two working days of receiving your order if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. If goods are lost in transit we will endeavor to follow up with our courier with order tracking number. Goods that have been short shipped from the packing slip, you will need to inform us of two working days of receiving your order and quote your order number in correspondence to orders@kayeinternational.co.nz

Claims for Damaged/Defective Goods or Goods Short Supplied

The company at it's own discretion will repair or replace any damaged or defective goods or short shipped provided that you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our courier company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. 

Shipping And Handling – When we pack your order prior to dispatch, it will be well wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid any possible damage. If for any reason the descriptions or quantities you receive are different to what you have ordered please contact us immediately by emailing orders@kayeinternational.co.nz


If your wondering what payments we accept, we accept three forms of payment:

  1. Cash Only Or Credit Card – Pick up can be arranged at 33 Church Street, Gate Pa, Tauranga. Please contact orders@kayeinternational.co.nz for more details. Note: Credit Card is manually entered through Swipe HQ.
  2. Direct Deposit – Bank account information will be send via order confirmation email (listed below the product details).
  3. Credit Card – Credit card payment will be done via Swipe HQ.
  4. Account- An approved account with us
